Due to its exposure, Grand Cru Blanchot fully benefits from a morning sun that gives it a great delicacy and a very fruity nose. In mouth, it is a very fat wine, whose nice volume develops mushrooms, undergrowth and white flowers notes.

Serve with Orloff veal and creamy mushrooms.
